Section 1 Eligibility & Registration

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on the ku9app platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and solely for personal recreational purposes;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming by any law applicable to you;
• You are not acting on behalf of or as agent for any third party;
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another ku9app account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You have not been identified as a self-excluded player through ku9app's responsible gaming tools, or any self-exclusion period applicable to your account has fully elapsed.

1.2 Registration Process

To open an account, you must complete the ku9app registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your real name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a secure password. ku9app reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to verify any detail you provide at registration or at any subsequent point during your account's lifetime.

1.3 Account Verification

ku9app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time ku9app considers it necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold and, in repeated instances of non-compliance, account suspension.

1.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one ku9app account. If ku9app identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — ku9app reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and permanently withhold any bonus funds credited to the duplicate accounts.

Section 2 Account Management

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku9app account credentials, including your username and password. ku9app strongly recommends that you choose a unique, complex password and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party. ku9app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

2.2 Accurate Information

All information provided to ku9app must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to notify ku9app promptly — via [email protected] — if any of your registered details change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method. ku9app is not responsible for failed transactions or communications arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ku9app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Involvement in fraudulent, collusive, or manipulative activity;
• Suspected money laundering or financial crime;
• A chargeback or reversal initiated against a ku9app deposit transaction;
• Any activity that ku9app reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of its platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ku9app reserves the right to withhold the balance held in that account. Where a closure is initiated for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

2.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ku9app may deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of an inactive account following written notice to the account holder's registered contact details. Where the balance reaches zero through inactivity fees, the account will be permanently closed.

Section 3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ku9app currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ku9app does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or payment from third-party accounts not registered in the player's name.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the ku9app account within minutes of payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in the ku9app account balance.
• ku9app does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of those funds is lawful and that you are the registered account holder for the payment method used.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet or bank account used for your most recent verified deposit.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within one to three hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• ku9app reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

3.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a ku9app deposit is a material breach of these Terms. ku9app will treat any such action as potential fraud, will immediately suspend the associated account, and will refer the matter to its fraud investigation team. Any winnings accrued during the period covered by the disputed transaction may be forfeited pending investigation.

Section 4 Betting & Gaming Rules

4.1 Placing Wagers

A wager is considered placed and binding when it has been confirmed by the ku9app platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any wager before confirmation, including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game parameters. ku9app does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error by the player.

4.2 Insufficient Funds

ku9app will not permit a wager to be placed if the player's account balance is insufficient to cover the stake amount in full. The platform will display an insufficient funds notification in such cases. ku9app does not offer credit or allow players to wager on account.

4.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

ku9app reserves the right to void any bet where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the timeframe specified in the relevant betting rules; or there is evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.

4.4 Match Integrity

Any player found to be engaged in match-fixing, spot-fixing, the manipulation of game outcomes, collusion with other players in live casino games, or the exploitation of software vulnerabilities will have their account permanently closed and any outstanding balance forfeited. ku9app cooperates with relevant authorities and sporting bodies — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) — in investigating integrity violations.

4.5 Maximum Winnings

ku9app applies maximum payout limits per event and per product category. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum for a given event or game session will be capped at the applicable limit.

Section 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ku9app are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated to eligible players at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games or markets, time limit, and minimum odds or RTP requirements will be specified in the promotion terms. ku9app reserves the right to decline bonus requests or revoke bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being claimed in bad faith or through systematic abuse.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that ku9app considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging wagers designed to extract cash value without genuine gameplay risk; and coordinating with other players to cycle bonus funds. ku9app reserves the right to void all bonuses associated with an account found to be engaged in bonus abuse and to close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ku9app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless a material change in circumstances requires otherwise, in which case ku9app will use reasonable endeavours to provide notice.

Section 6 Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the ku9app platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair ku9app's servers, networks, or systems, or interfere with any other player's use and enjoyment of the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku9app platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the house;
2. Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform software — any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
3. Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
4. Impersonating another person or providing false identity information;
5. Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
6. Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful through any communication feature on the platform;
7. Reselling access to the platform or operating as an agent, affiliate, or intermediary without express written authorisation from ku9app.

Section 7 Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Availability

ku9app makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider outages, and circumstances beyond ku9app's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ku9app will not be liable for any loss — including lost wagering opportunity or winnings — arising from platform downtime.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku9app excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings.

7.3 Force Majeure

ku9app shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemic, internet infrastructure failure, or acts of a third party.

7.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. ku9app is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You are responsible for determining whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and for ensuring that you only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

Section 8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the ku9app platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the property of ku9app or its licensed game studio partners (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without express written authorisation.

8.2 Licence to Use

ku9app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Section 9 Privacy & Data

9.1 Data Collection

ku9app collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Communication

By registering an account, you agree that ku9app may send you transactional communications (account notifications, deposit confirmations, withdrawal updates) via your registered mobile number or email address. Promotional communications are subject to your marketing preferences, which may be updated at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Section 10 Amendments, Governing Law & Termination

10.1 Amendments

ku9app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the ku9app platform. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction. ku9app makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all geographic locations.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and ku9app in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
